What we stand for
1
Health care. Fertility care should be safe and held to high ethical standards. We back clear rules for clinics and labs that protect patients and the children they hope for.
2
Affordability. Every family that wants children should be able to afford the care to have them. We work to lower costs and widen coverage.
3
Family rights. Every child deserves a loving home, and every loving family deserves the chance to have children. We defend the rights of parents in statehouses, in court and in Washington.
Americans across the political spectrum stand with these families.
88%
of all voters agree that IVF creates families that once were not possible, and that society benefits.
81%
of all voters say the government should stay out of personal decisions about fertility.
79%

“IVF gives people hope. It’s taxing, but it offers a way for families to have children when they otherwise couldn’t.”
– A participant in our 2024 focus groups.
A small, organized faction wants to make it harder to have a family.
Most voters reject them. Only 3 percent call IVF and surrogacy “not good at all for our society.” But they are organized, and they are winning ground in statehouses, courts and party platforms.

ALABAMA. In 2024 a state supreme court ruling closed IVF clinics.

LOUISIANA. A woman can face up to 10 years in prison for carrying a baby for the wrong family.

TEXAS. The state Republican Party platform now calls for banning donor eggs and sperm, criminalizing IVF and banning paid surrogacy.
Conservative lawmakers are already protecting IVF.
172-0
in the Georgia House in 2025, then 53-1 in the Senate and 160-0 on final passage: the Speaker's own two-page law confirming that nothing in state law bars IVF.
42-0
in the Nevada Assembly in 2025, then 21-0 in the Senate: an IVF protection with every Republican vote, signed by a Republican governor.

Protect families wherever their care is at risk.
In the states
The right law for each state: a clear shield where IVF is threatened, safety and ethics standards where lawmakers want to act, and protection where possible.
In the courts
Stand with patients, families and clinics when lawsuits put their care at risk.
In Washington
Build on President Trump's February 2025 executive order to lower the cost of IVF, and win fertility coverage for service members and veterans.
Healthy moms and dads. Healthy babies. Strong families.
We bring together everyone who helps families grow. Our goal: make America the best place in the world to have and raise children.
